Cycling is a great way of exploring Newquay and its surrounds. There are lots of little roads and tracks that can be negotiated safely on two wheels away from heavy traffic in and around Newquay, pedalling under your own steam and at your own pace.

The Cornish way is a cycle route running through Newquay and travelling around Cornwall from Bude in the North East to Lands End in the South West. For more information visit http://www.sustrans.org.uk

If you are visiting without two wheels you can hire a bike at Seven Twenty on Cliff Road.
