The Newquay Discovery Trail…
A unique project which will last more than a lifetime…
Become a sponsor of the Discovery Trail and contribute towards safeguarding the community of Newquay. Make the impact we have on the environment a positive step and be part of something to be proud of.
The map is the towns very own ‘interactive attraction’ taking people on a fantastic illustrated walk, not only through the main town area, but around the Gannel and outskirts as well. It will not only incorporate the heritage and history of Newquay, the local flora and fauna, but also indicate bus-stops, local information, recycling points, and generally get people out of their cars and exploring the town!
The Discovery Trail website will provide your business with the opportunity to be seen by at least 400,000* people as a benefactor and sponsor of the project! 50,000 maps have already been printed with a further 50,000 print run planned later (sponsorship dependent).
Distribution of the map will be via businesses that have holiday visitors such as Holiday Parks, and Hotels, visitors and locals can pick up a map from various retailers and via the Tourist Information Centre. PR and Marketing of the Discovery Trail map and the website is already taking place and sponsors will receive recognition via the website throughout the awareness campaign. Sponsor businesses will receive a sponsor certificate to display and the right to use the Discovery Trail Sponsor logo.
The private and public sector and the local community are working together to communicate the sustainability message in a fun, positive and interactive way.
Be part of it….this is a unique opportunity to show ‘one and all’ that your business is a stakeholder in the future of Newquay!
All sponsors receive a Discovery Trail Sponsor Certificate and the right to use the DT Sponsor logo
